Continued Service During the COVID-19 Pandemic

As we face this pandemic together, we at Personalized Quality Systems Limited are ready and willing to go the extra mile to serve you with more practical avenues of working together, to flatten the curve in terms of the spread of COVID-19.

We are still available on our landline (calls will be forwarded), via email, our website and Facebook, or to our various mobile devices (numbers are listed on our website).

Our first and foremost way of assisting you will be via Remote Desktop. Once you have the application, AnyDesk, uploaded on your machines, we will be able to assist you with matters that require assistance in this manner.

Where we cannot solve problems remotely, we will visit your offices, maintaining personal hygiene and social distancing in order to stem the pandemic, wherever possible.

To make payments for our services, we offer the options of:

  1. PayPal – This is a link already provided to you when we send out our invoices via our accounting system.
  2. ACH – We will make our banking information available via email to all our clients.
  3. Bank Deposit – You can make deposits to our JMMB account; details of which will be provided via email.
