AccountEdge is moving away from version numbers and product years. We now have a single Build number with Product, Country, and Born On Date. If the first 2 digits of the build number change, then you will need to upgrade your company file.

You can now apply vendor debits while paying bills and display them on your payments.

You can now set the default status of a sale or purchase when opening a new transaction.

You can now specify a Date Range when selecting Advanced Filters in the Sales Register Returns, Credits and Purchases Register Returns, and Debits Tabs.

On the Customer Selling Details tab, we have added a Deposit To Account field. On the Vendor Buying Details tab, we have added a Pay from Account field. We have also added a Preference to alert you if the account is different from the linked account.

When printing a sales or purchase register report, you can now display a count of attached documents per transaction.

Select whether to show individual cards as last name/first name in registers and reports.

When printing banking, sales, purchases, payroll, or card file forms, the columns are now sortable.  

You can now specify if you want to include Inactive Employees on the Employee Payroll Reports

You can now create an employee timesheet by copying another employee’s timesheet.

You can now reverse a transaction in a company file that is set to allow changes.

 Added a new report that shows customers on Credit Hold.
